Our Story

Nita has always enjoyed sharing her love for Thai food and dreamt of owning her own restaurant. Luck arrived in 2007, when Nita participated in a year-long entrepreneurship program that taught her how to become a business owner, from customer service and marketing to bookkeeping and employee management. She started earning her earliest customers through selling her food at the farmer’s market and has since become a beloved installation as Pembroke’s original Thai restaurant.

Thai Gardens is Nita’s work of love to showcase traditional Thai dishes, decor and culture to her friends and customers.
